Flower Experience Days

These are customised Creative Sessions that Aizel and her team can prepare together with you, and, deliver, install or arrange where needed! They can be as elaborate and as magical as you imagine. They are all designed to be fun, engaging, also calm, and gentle, a way to pause for some.

  • Sometimes called Everlasting Wreaths as they can last a few years when stored properly, attendees are treated to a demonstration of how to construct a wreath.

  • This is a really relaxed time where participants experience a room with a good selection of flowers, foliage, also other foraged materials if suitable.

  • Often a choice for celebrating Hen Dos, Aizel and her team, host a group of ladies, at times, dressed in their personalised Hen parties, for a creative time making flower crowns

  • Our most popular ‘create’ experience! You need to be sure to get your group booked in as early as summer to secure your place.

  • Got something extra special in mind? Aizel will be more than happy to discuss any bespoke days with you.

Pick Your Own Days

Yalham Hayes situated at Blackdown Hills, Somerset, and home to Aizel’s family, opens a few days during flower growing season for visitors to enjoy flowers, connect with themselves, nature, friends and family by picking our beautiful flowers.

know me

Aizel Finch started Yalham Hayes Flower Farm in 2019 to create a small flower growing business mainly for wholesale. Her main aim was to earn while working from her family’s new home and support the local economy.

Since then, Yalham Hayes has grown into a place for enjoyable Flower Experiences like Pick Your Own flowers sessions, ‘Create’ Days celebrating birthdays, also Hen Dos. Aizel has also had a pleasure of hosting Gardening Clubs, Mother’s Day Flowers and Crepes, Oriental Afternoon Teas, Flowerscapes and Thai lunches, and Sunset PYO and Fizz.
